New Jalpaiguri PS Case No. 725/18 dated.09.10.18 u/s 20(b)(ii)(C)/23(c) of
NDPS act  :-  Started over the written complaint of
SI Basudeb Guha of NJP PS, SPC to the effect that today i.e 09.10.18  at
about 18:10 hrs while performing spl naka checking duty at Fulbari ,arrested
two persons namely i) Suraj Singha (28) S/O Lt. Narayan Singha of Golmafaon
,P.S+ Dist. Udalguri,Beta Assam ,ii) Chaitanya Das (31) S/O Babulal das of
Ganakpara,P.S- Tarabari,Dist. Barpeta,Assam  and seized one bolero pick up
van bearing regd no. AS 12AC 5904 loaded with 228.300 kgs of
Ganja inside the modified chamber (.) They procured this
consignment form, Assam for transportation to Bihar for their wrongful
gain (.) Seized in presence of BDO Rajganj,JPG (.) P.O-Fulbari Toll
