On 13/04/2018 around
10.00 hrs Sri Manoj Kr Rajak ( complainant) had parked his Royal Enfield motor
cycle WB 74AM/9880 near Spectrum House, Sevoke Road, Siliguri and went to his
office. In the evening he he came back found his motor cyclestolen. Over this
started Siliguri PS Case No 234/18 Dated 14.04.18 u/s 379 IPC.During
investigation of the case 01 person arrested and the stolen motor cycle
recovered from his possession.
