On 15.06.2018 around
16:25 hrs a source information was received by SI Sandip Subba of Bhaktinagar
PS that contraband medicines have been stored in one godown namely “Inland
World Logistics Pvt. Ltd”. situated at near Vishal Cinema Hall, Opp. Lions Eye
Hospital, Sevoke Road, Siliguri. In pursuance to that information during search
of the said godown found 70 (Seventy) cartons of Relaxcof Syrup containing 120 bottles
of 100 ml each, totalling 8400 bottles manufacture by BIO GENETIC DRUG PVT.
LTD.   During interrogation the consignee
Rajib Kumar Das confessed that the consignment belong to him, further he could
not produce any valid documents for transporting. In presence of two individual
witnesses the entire consignment and arrested Rajib Kumar Das @ Raju by issuing
memo of arrest and explaining him the ground of arrest. Over this started
Bhaktinagar PS Case No 418/18, dated 15/06/18, U/S 22(c)/23 (c) of NDPS Act.
