afternoon in pursuance of source information ASI Subir Sen, Siiguri Police Station
apprehended one Gobinda Biswas (M/25), S/O-Parimal Biswas, of Kawakhali
Bidhanpally, PS- Matigara at Babupara near YMA Club, Siliguri and from his
possession recovered one Black with a tint of red Colour Pulsar 180 having
Regd. No. Plate WB-74AT/ 4124 and 03 ignition keys of two wheelers. As he
confessed the motorcycle to be fraudulently obtained and also confessed to have
committed theft of good numbers of two wheelers from Siliguri and taken the
same to various areas of Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar and Coochbehar Districts area
and disposed off the same in lieu of money, the said motorcycle was seized and
he was arrested. Over this Siliguri PS Case
No 269/18 Dated 01.05.18 u/s- 411/414 IPC has been recorded.
