Case No. 257/18 dated: 18.05.18 U/S 20 (ii) (C) of NDPS Act 1985 started over
the written complaint of SI Srimanta Chatterjee of Pradhan Nagar Police
Station, SPC against  Raju Prasad (40) S/O Rajendra Prasad  of 263 E
Humanyunnagar, South Gorakhpur, PS- Kotwali, Dist- Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh (at
present C/O Jagannath Ghosh of Majhabari,Near- Jarmel School, PS- Bhakti
Nagar) to the effect that on 18.05.18 at  at about 19.40 hrs he
received specific source input that the above noted accd person was waiting
near Siliguri Junction Traffic under PS- Pradhan Nagar for transporting Ganja
 which packed with two big luggage bags and he was ready for supplying the
said consignment of Ganja to his designed customers. Accordingly a raid was
held at the above noted place and during search and seizure Total- 36.575
Kilograms (approx) said to be Ganja we recovered from the possession of the
accd.
