New Jalpaiguri PS Case No: 640/25 Dated: 19.09.25 u/s 25(1)(a) of Arms Act (.) Started over the written complainant of ASI Manoj Majumdar of NJP PS/SPC to the effect that on 19.09.2025 as per source information he along with force went to Santipara railway under pass and arrested one person namely SubhojitBiswas(31) s/o AsutoshBiswas of South Santinagar Near Housing Ground, PS New Jalpaiguri, DistJalpaiguri and recovered One improvised fire arms measuring length 09 inch including butt body and barrel and fitted with trigger and mark as Exhibit “A” and One piece of live ammunition measuring approx length 3 inch mark as Exhibit “B”. which was kept concealed in the waist under the cover of his shirt (.) Accordingly he arrested the accused and seized the fire arms (.)The whole process of search and seizure was made in between 00:35 hrs to 00:45 Hrs (.) I.O – SI DipankarChakraborty of NJP PS (.)
