New Jalpaiguri PS Case No 659/25 Dated 25.09.25 U/S 21(c)/22(c)/29 of NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Samik Paul (Mob No-7797122445) of New Jalpaiguri PS, SPC to the effect that, on 25.09.2025 as per source information he along with force went to Central Colony near LoknathMandir, under New Jalpaiguri PS and apprehend one person namely Manish Das (23) S/o Sri Rabindra Das of KureshiMohalla, Dangapara, ward no-6, PS-Siliguri (Not Verified) and recovered i) One white color zipper plastic packet containing 300 grams of said to be Brown Sugar, ii) One Red & white color plastic carry bag(generally used for carry of Garments) upon which written “B.L. Agarwala,” Balurghat in English letter in which item no. 1 was kept in iii) Cash amounting Rs. 300/- having denomination of Rs. 100 X2, 20X5, iv) One Apple I-Phone white color in working condition including Sim card, battery, having mobile No- 6297048193, IMEI no. 358439161627664, v) One Access-125 Scooty with outnumber plate, white & Ash color in which the item sl no. 1 was kept concealed from the possession of the apprehended person and seize the same in presence of Gazatted officer Sri.
