Started over the written complaint of PSI Abhijit Das of NBMC OP under Matigara Police Station, Siliguri Police Commissionerate, to the effect that on 22.09.2025 at about 16.25 hrs, as per his credible source he seized total 1.905 Kgs suspected to be a brown sugar , one white colour i-phone 15, and one navy blue colour Samsung mobile phone and the vehicle bearing Regn No- WB 74 AS 5331 where the contrabands has been concealed from the possession of 1] Md. Saddam Hossain (M/32) S/O- Late Didar Ali of Baliadanga, PO- Baliadanga, PS- Kaliachak, Dist- Malda 2] HemrajDebnath (M/28) S/O- HarenDebnath of Goursingjote, PO- Dulaljote, PS- Kharibari, Dist- Darjeeling near Desun Hospital under Matigara PS Darjeeling and arrested them observing all the formalities of the NDPS Act.(.)
