BhorerAlo PS Case No 270/2025 Dated 20.09.2025U/S 21(C)/22(C)/29 of NDPS Acthas been registered over the written complaint of SI SaileshSubba of BhorerAlo PS to the effect that on 20.09.2025 at about 12.30 hrs acting on source information he along with his accompanied officers and force detained two accused persons namely (i) AmanShekh (18) S/o AlfajuddinShekh of PO- Sahajpur, School More, PS-Kaliachak, Dist. Malda and (ii) Md. HamidurRahaman@ HamidurRahaman (40) S/o MajiruddinShekh of PO- Baliadanga, Near MahilaMadarsha, PS-Kaliachak, Dist- Maldaat Canal More under BhorerAlo PS from Siliguri Side for selling the same to his designated customers at Ambari area under BhorerAlo P.S and recovered (i) One (01) Transparent Zipper Plastic Pouch containing 273 grams said to be Brown Sugar (ii) One Transparent Zipper Plastic Pouch containing 273 grams said to be Brown Sugar (iii) One yellow/green printed plastic carry bag, printed “COSMO BAZAAR, FAMILY SHOPPING” on it (iv) One black color backpack printed “ TOMMY AMIT HILBGER” on it (v) One red color mobile of Motorola G-85 model having IMEI-1-350794157472675116, IMEI-2- 350794157472683116 containing SIM- 9749566874, (vi) One pale blue color Mobile of POCO brand having IMEI-1- 868331070009501 & IMEI-2- 868331070009519, containing SIM- 7029456126 (.) Subsequently, the complainant seized the above noted articles under proper seizure list from the possession of above noted accused persons and arrested them for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.)
