Pradhan Nagar PS Case No. 589/2025 dated 28/08/2025 U/S 25(1-A) of the Arms Act.Complainant SI Bandhan Roy of Pradhan Nagar P.S / Siliguri PC. P.O: Near Biswadeep Cinema Hall, P.S. Pradhan Nagar, Dist. Darjeeling. D.O: On 28/08/25 in between 00.05 hrs to 00.30 hrs.Gist of FIR: Started over the written complaint of SI Bandhan Roy of Pradhan Nagar PS, Siliguri PC to the effect that as per source information he along with officers and force went near Biswadeep Cinema Hall under Pradhan Nagar P.S, Dist. Darjeeling and detained 01 (one) person namely Sanjay Paul (33 yrs) S/O Ratan Paul and recovered (i) 01 iron made improvised small fire arms measuring approx 23 cm in length including its 8.5 cm iron made pistol grip, having approx 14 cm barrel, trigger, firing pin and firing hammer in proper working condition - Marked as Exhibit ‘A’ and (ii) 01 (one) live ammunition- Marked as Exhibit – ‘B’ from the exclusive and conscious possession of the accused person named above. On demand he failed to produce any supporting document in respect of fire Arm and



ammunitions. Accordingly, SI Bandhan Roy seized the fire arm and ammunition under proper seizure list in presence of independent witnesses’ .The whole process of search, seizure and labelling was made under the coverage of videography in between 00.05 hrs to 00.30 hrs.
