Matigara PS Case No- 527/2025 Date 16.08.2025 U/S-21(c) of NDPS (.)Started the case over the written complaint of SI ShibSankar Das, of Matigara P.S, SPC to the effect that on 16.08.2025 in between 13:55 hrs to 14:20 hrs. acting on a source information he along with other officers and force seized (i) 267 (Two hundred and sixty seven) grams suspected to be brown sugar containing in a white colour plastic zip packet and marked as 'Exhibit- A'.(ii) One Adhar card in the name of Akhtar Ali vide No. 411763247017.iii) INR-45,000/- (forty five thousand) Rs- 100*200 = 20,000/- and Rs- 500*50 = 25,000/- and also arrested accused person namely Akhtar Ali (33 yrs), S/O- Md. Kashem of Biswas Colony, near Rail Gate, PO+PS- Matigara, Dist- Darjeeling (.) On interrogation he could not produce any valid papers or documents for possessing such huge quantity of illegal narcotics contraband articles (.)P.O In front of a grocery shop at Biswas colony near Tazia, PO + PS Matigara , Dist.
