Started over the written complainant of ASI NilamSwarnakar of NJP PS/SPC to the effect that as per source information he along with force went to Fulbari and arrested one person namelyDipankarSarkar (30) s/o Manoj Sarkar of BaribhasaMadani Bazar PS New JalpaiguriDistJalpaiguri and recovered one(01) improvised small Fire arms measuring 21 inch in length with trigger, striking hammer, striking pin in working condition which was kept concealed in the waist under the cover of his shirt (.)
