Darjeeling.D.O: On 25/07/2025 in between 19:00 hrs to 19:55 hrs.Gist of FIR: Started over the written complaint of SI Bandhan Roy of Pradhan Nagar PS ,Siliguri Police Commissionerate to the effect that as per source information he along with team went to Methibari Petrol Pump, Salbari under Pradhan Nagar PS, Dist.- Darjeeling and arrested one accused person namely Subash Singh (28), S/O Late Anil Singh of Kalkut, Devidanga Bazar, PS. Pradhan Nagar, Dist. Darjeeling and recovered and seized i) One blue colour back pack styled as “Safari” containing forty (40) bottles of Triprolidine Hydrochloride & Codeine Phosphate syrup “BLUREX-T”, having batch no. TBHX1008, Mfg date 03/2025, Exp date 02/2027, MRP Rs. 180.00, each bottle containing 100 ml i.e. total (100 ml x 40 = 4000 ml), Marked as Exhibit “A” from his possession. The whole process of search and seizure was made in between 21.50 hrs to 22.30 hrs under proper videography in presence of independent witnesses and gazetted officer. IO: SI BijaySarkar. Arrest: 01.
