D.O: On 05/07/2025 in between 19:00 hrs to 19:55 hrs.Gist of FIR: Started over the written complaint of SI Rajiv Subba of Pradhan Nagar PS ,Siliguri Police Commissionerate to the effect that as per source information he along with team went to Himachal Colony under Pradhan Nagar PS, Dist.- Darjeeling and arrested one accused person namely Sajal Das (28 yrs), S/O Late Sushen Das of Kalkut, PO- Champasari, PS- Pradhan Nagar, Dist. Darjeeling and recovered and (i) one black colour back pack containing 39 (thirty nine) bottles of Triprolidine Hydrochloride & Codeine Phosphate syrup “BESCODEX” Cough Syrup containing 100 ml each bottle i,e, total (39 x 100 ml = 3900 ml) having batch No TBHW0844, Mfg Date 08/2023, Expiry date 07/2025, MRP Rs 190.00 – Marked as Exhibit “A” and (ii) one green colour Motorcycle (Royal Enfield 350 Classic) having displaying number WB73L8633 with key- Marked as Exhibit “B” from his possession. The whole process of search and seizure was made in between 19:00 hrs to 19:55 hrs under videography in presence of independent witnesses and gazetted officer. IO: SI GoutamMallik. Arrest: 01.
