MatigaraPS Case No 387/2025, Dated 12/06/2025, U/S 21 (C) of NDPS Acthas been registered over the written complaint of PSI AvijitBanik of Matigara PS to the effect that on 12.06.2025 in between 13:55 hrs and 15:45 hrs acting on a source information he along with other officers and force seized (i) One transparent plastic packet containing suspected to be brown sugar weighing 305 grams (ii) One black colour bag having two compartments styled as RADHIKA HYDRAULICS (iii) One transparent plastic packet containing suspected to be brown sugar weighing 568 grams, (iv) One Royal Enfield Metero 350 Motor cycle bearing Regn. No. WB – 74 BJ 5198, (v) One blue and black colourYamaha R-15 Motor cycle bearing Regd. No. WB – 66 AP 5511, (vi) One dark green colour keypad ITEL Mobile phone having AirtelSim bearing no. 8116599108, (vii) One Reddish colourOppo F-25 pro 5G Mobile phone with JIO Sim no. 9609089045 and (viii) One golden colour Vivo V-40 e Mobile phone and bearing SIM Airtel No. 9800200724 also arrested three accused persons namely (i) IkbalHossain (35), S/O Lt. Md. Abdul Malek of Kasim bazar, PO- Bangitola, PS- Mothabari, Dist- Malda, (ii) Md. Hasanul (34) S/O Md. Bablu of Sukanta Pally near Gas Godown, PS – Matigara and (iii) Fatema Begum (30) W/O Md. Hasanul of Sukanta Pally, near Gas Godown, PS- Matigara at Matigara bazar near Choto Hanuman Mandir who could not produce any valid documents for possessing such suspected Narcotic Drugsand arrested them accordingly (.)
