Siliguri PS Case No. 401/2025 Dt. 16.06.25 U/S- 21(C)/22(C)/29 of NDPS Act. Today on 16.06.25 at 21:05 hrs received a written complaint from one SI UdayChakrabarty (M-7908932611) of Siliguri PS, SPC to the effect that on 16.06.2025 at 16:05 hrs after receiving source information, SI UdayChakrabarty along with others officer and lady force held raid at Tikiapara, Matangini-II, Ward No-28 under Siliguri PS and apprehended one person including namely Md. Kalam (29Y/M) S/O- Md. Islam of Tikiapara, Matangini-II, Ward No-28, PS- Siliguri, Dist- Darjeeling and seized and recovered one transparent Zipper plastic pouch containing suspected to be brown sugar gross weight 271 Grams and cash Rs. 450/- from his exclusive possession, accordingly the Seizure and label was done on 16.06.2025 between 18:55 hrs to 20:15 hrs in presence of independent witnesses and Gazetted officer. Immediately after that complainant arrested the above apprehended person maintaining all formalities, On further interrogation the said alleged person could not produce any valid documents in respect of selling seized contraband article and arrested him maintaining all formalities and the entire search and seizure was duly video graphed (.)
