New Jalpaiguri P.S Case No. 394/25 dtd. 14.06.25 u/s- 20(b)(ii)(C)/25/29 of NDPS Act (.) Started over the written complaint of SI ChabilalSinha (9735962672) of New Jalpaiguri PS, SPC to the effect that on 14.06.2025 as per secret source information the complainant along with others officers went to Canal road , under New Jalpaiguri PS, Dist.- Jalpaiguri and apprehended 01 accused persons named DipakKapoor (M/40) s/o AshokeKapoor of Coochbehar Railway Station, PS. Kotwali, Dist. Coochbehar along with one Vehicle having No.- WB-73G/4499 and recovered 1) One brown colour cello tape wrapped packet said to be contained Ganja weighing 10.400 Kgs 2) One brown colour cello tape wrapped packet said to be contained Ganja weighing 10.500 Kgs 3) One brown colour cello tape wrapped packet said to be contained Ganja weighing 10.500 Kgs 4) One brown colour cello tape wrapped packet said to be contained Ganja weighing 10.400 Kgs 5)One big size plastic shake having label as “ PARAS PALLET FEED” in which the above sl no. (1) to (4) packets were kept. 6) One big size plastic shake having label “ PARAS PALLET FEED” in which one big size transparent plastic packet contained said to be Ganja weighing 30.800Kgs. 7) Total 300 nos of empty plastic carat box. 8) One white colour TATA ULTRA, T.7 vehicle bearing registration no. WB-73G/4499 (4 wheeler) with its key. 9) Total Rs. 640/- ( six hundred and forty only) having denomination Rs. 200x1, Rs. 100x2, Rs. 50x3, Rs. 20x3 &Rs. 10x3= Total 640/-.(.) Thereafter arrested the above noted apprehended person .The whole process of Search, seizure Labeled and arrest was made in-between 17.50 hrs to 19.00 hrs. (.)
