Started over the written complain of SI Sangay Lama Tamang of STF, WB, Siliguri Unit to the effect that on 11-06-2025 as per source information he along with others officer and force went to Jotiakali more and arrested two person namely (i) BappiMohanta (29yrs) S/O BirenMohantaBaroMaricha, PS SitalkuchiCoochbehar, West Bengal 736158 and (ii) Madan Barman (35 yrs) S/O Taroni Barman of PetlaneparDewanerkotJayduar, PS Situlkuchi, Coochbehar West Bengal 736172. And seized the following items from their procession One Transparent sealed plastic Packet having an image of a black fish containing brown colored powder weighing 103 grams said to be Heroin (contraband drug) marked as “Exhibit A”.2) One Transparent sealed plastic Packet having an image of a black fish containing brown colored powder weighing 103 grams said to be Heroin (contraband drug) marked as “Exhibit B”. 3) One Transparent sealed plastic Packet having an image of a black fish containing brown colored powder weighing 103 grams said to be Heroin (contraband drug) marked as “Exhibit C”. 4)One Transparent sealed plastic Packet having an image of a black fish containing brown colored powder weighing 103 grams said to be Heroin (contraband drug) marked as “Exhibit D” 5)One Transparent sealed plastic Packet having an image of a black fish containing brown colored powder weighing 103 grams said to be Heroin (contraband drug) marked as “Exhibit E”. 6)One Black Color Polythene Bag (Which contained the above noted packets) marked as “Exhibit F”. {Total Weight= 515 gms said to be Heroin (contraband drug)} 7)One AADHAR Card in the name of BappiMohanta bearing No.338672617824. 8)One voter ID bearing no “YSL2344448” in the name of BappiMohanta. 9)One D/L bearing no. WB63 20140935615 in the name of BappiMohanta. 10)One Blue Color mobile Apple I-Phone having IMEI 356052836024399having Sim connection no. 9932702320 (Airtel).Sl. No. 06 (vii) to 06 (x) were seized a produced by accused BappiMohanta. 11) One Green Clored Android Motorola Mobile Phone, Edge50 having IMEI No.354269923832391 & 354269923832409 having connection no 9635509771 (Airtel). 12)One Suzuki Baleno Car bearing Registration No. WB-50B/1074 along with Keys. 13)One original Car Insurance Policy certificate bearing Police No. 98000031240115270494 with respect to Vehicle No. WB50B1074. 14)One printed AADHAR Card in the Name of Madan Barman AADHAR: 572161844916. 15) Cash Rs. 2000/- (500 X 4) seized from accused BappiMohanta.
