New Jalpaiguri P.S Case No. 286/25 dtd. 03.05.25 u/s- 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of NDPS Act (.)Started over the written complaint of SI Tanmay Kundu of New Jalpaiguri PS, SPC to the effect that on 03.05.2025 as per secret source information the complainant along with others officers went to Ramkrishna Line Hotel Parking, under New Jalpaiguri PS, Dist.- Jalpaiguri and apprehended 02 accused persons named i)Tukaram Bheke (34 yrs./M) S/O- Late Tukaram Bheke of Manohar, PO/PS- Manohar, Dist- Pune, Maharastha and ii) MileshPandurangoBorade (34) S/O- Late PandurangoBorade of Goragoan, Po/PS- Goragoan, Dist- Pune, Maharastha (Not verified) along with one Vehicle having No.- MH 10 DT 3092 and recovered 06(Six) Plastic Packet containing total 186.200 Kg suspected to be Ganja and Two android mobile phone out of which one realme and one oppo and Seize the same along with D/L of the Driver. Thereafter arrested the above noted apprehended persons .The whole process of Search, seizure Labeled and arrest was made in-between 18.45-19.55 hrs on 03.05.2025. (.)
