Siliguri PS Case No. 320/2025, Dt. 16.05.2025, U/S–25(1A)/27 of Arms Act (ARMS ACT).Today on 16.05.25 at about 22:05 hrs received a written complaint from SI Uday Chakraborty(M-7908972611) of Siliguri PS lodge a written complaint to the effect that on 16.05.2025 at 20:05 hrs after receiving an information he along with other officer and force held raid at Jorapani Bridge, Bharat Nagar, Ward No-24 under Siliguri PS area and in presence of witnesses he detained one named Raja Das S/O- Shibu Das of Nichpara, Deshbandhupara, Ward No-30, PS- Siliguri, Dist- Darjeeling and conducted search and found one (1) one improvised one shutter iron made Fire Arms approx 10.5 inches from barrel to butt having striking pin, hammer and trigger (2) one live ammunitions engraved O.K 03 unreadable cap (found loaded in Sl No. 1) and (3) one live ammunitions engraved O.K 7Z unreadable cap(which was kept in concealed in the right pocket of track pant of said accused) from his exclusive possession, search and seizure conducted in between 20:35 hrs to 21:35 hrs under proper videography and later arrested the accused person named Raja Das S/O- Shibu Das of Nichpara, Deshbandhupara, Ward No-30, PS- Siliguri, Dist- Darjeeling U/S-35(3) BNSS (.)I.O –SI Bhiswadeb Barman of Siliguri PS, SPC(.)
