New Jalpaiguri PS Case No 316/25 Dated 14.05.25 U/S 21(c)/29 of NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Samil Paul of New Jalpaiguri PS to the effect that on 13.05.2025 as per secret source information the complainant along with others officers went to Biswabanga Silpi Hutt, under New Jalpaiguri PS and apprehended 02 persons namely Safu Sk (38) S/o Matlu Sk of Mandai TAi Mandal Para, PS- Baishnab Nagar, Dist.- Malda, 2) Aktar Sk (27) s/o Rasiuddin Sk of Mandai PS- Baishnab Nagar, Dist.- Malda along with one motor cycle having No WB-74BJ/0073 and recovered Total cash of Indian Currency of Rs.- 1,58,500/- (Rs.- 500 X 200 = 1,00,000/- , Rs.- 200 X 195 = 39,000/- and Rs.- 100 X195 = 19,500/-) 2) One Plastic Packet said to be Brawn Sugar Weighting approx.- 660 gms 3) One Red and Black Colour Pulser 180 CC bearing Regd. No- WB-74BJ/0073 with Key 4) One android oppo F-29 5G with SIM 5) One black colour sling bag having label pointo Lithium Batteries containing Seizure S.l No- 1 and 2 from the procession of Safu Sk (38) s/o Matlu Sk and 6) one Plastic Packet said to be Brawn Sugar Weighting approx.- 885 gms 7) One android Mobile Phone Realme with SIM, 8) One black and blue Strip Back Pak having label LIBYA containing seizure no 7) & 8) from the procession of Aktar Sk S/o Rasiuddin Sk (.)
