Siliguri PS Case No 313/2025 Dated 14.05.25 U/S 21(C)/22(C)/29 NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Pradip Singha (Mob No-7001857249) of Siliguri PS to the effect that on 14.05.2025 at around 07:05 hrs after receiving source information, he along with other officers and lady force held raid at Tikiapara near Railway Quarter, Ward No-28 under Siliguri PS and apprehended 03 persons including one female person namely 1. Rajkumar Sahani (29) S/o Lt. Netlal Sahani of Mallaguri Tea Auction Road, Ward No-46, PS-Pradhannagar, 2. Sushanta Sikdar (32) S/o Megha Sikdar of Khudiram Colony, Baneswar More, PS-Bhaktinagar and iii) Bharati Mandal (35) W/o Krishna Mandal of Umakanta Tola, Mohodipur, PS- Kaliachak, Dist- Malda and seized one transparent Zipper plastic pouch containing suspected to be brown sugar gross weight 455 Grams,one black colour scooty bearing Regd. No-WB 74 BM/0184, three mobile phone and cash Rs. 30,000/- from their exclusive possession which was carried by them (.) Accordingly the Seizure and label was done on 14.05.2025 between 09.10 hrs to 10.35 hrs in presence of independent witnesses and Gazetted Police Officer and arrested the above apprehended persons maintaining all formalities (.)
