Matigara PS Case No 254/2025 Dated 17/04/2025 U/S 21(c)/25/29 of NDPSAct has been registered over the written complaint of SI Ramnath Nath Karjee of Matigara PS who produced three arrested accused persons namely 1) Md. Amjad Khan (30) S/O Safatullah Khan of Baghajatin Colony, Ward No- 45, PS- Pradhannagar (A/P- C/O- Raja Master of Masjid Para, PS- Bagdogra) 2) Amar Routh (26), S/O- Lt. Sankar Routh of BRI Colony, Ward No- 01, PS- Pradhannagar and 3) Rahim Shekh (30), S/O- Lt. Sattar Shekh of Suklaghar, TT Para, PO- Akundabari, Golabganj, PS- Kaliachak, Dist- Malda along with 908 grams of suspected to be brown sugar to the effect that on 17.04.2025 in between 14:45 hrs and 15:25 hrs, acting on source information he seized the above noted suspected Brown sugar observing all formalities and also arrested the above noted accused persons from Laksa Bridge under Matigara PS area (.)
