D.O: On 11.03.2025 in between 20.10 hrs to 20.45 hrs.Gist of FIR: Started over the written Complaint of SI Bandhan Roy of Pradhan Nagar P.S/SPC of Pradhan Nagar P.S/SP to the effect that as per source information he along with officers and force went to Rajendra Nagar, Cooliepara area under P.S- Pradhan Nagar, Dist. Darjeeling and held a raid and detained 01 (one) person namely 01 (one) accused person namely SantalalRajbhar (35 yrs) S/O SwapanRajbhar of Bhangapool, P.S. Matigara, Dist. Darjeeling and recovered (i) One semi-automatic small fire arms approx length 20 cm including iron made pistol grip approx. 10 cm, having 09 cm barrel with ejection slot, trigger, trigger guard, firing pin and hammer and magazine in proper working condition marked as Exhibit “A” and (ii) 02 (two) live ammunition marked as Exhibit “B” . On demand he failed to produce any valid documents regarding this fir arms. Accordingly, he seized these from the possession of accused person named above under proper seizure list in presence of independent witnesses.
