Bhaktinagar PS Case No 1135/24 Dated 04.12.2024 U/S U/S 21(c)/22(c)25/29 NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint ofSI Srimanta Chatterjee S/O Lt Debi Prasad Chatterjee of Bhaktinagar PS to the effect that on 04.12.24 at about 14.15 hrs received a reliable source input that one male person was coming at P.C Bus Stand and he was carrying with huge quantity of brown Sugar for delivering the same to his designed customers at Siliguri area for his wrongful gain through one motor cycle having Reg. No WB74AP/3074 (.) Accordingly, he along with force left for Sevoke Road areaand on being identify by the source detained that motor cycle rider at ShyamMandir road, Lower Bhanunagar ward No-43 along with one red colourpittu bag which was kept in his Shoulder (.) On being asked he disclosed his identity as Haridas Barman (40) S/o Lt FulBabu Barman of Charnajote, Near Panitanki, PO-Dulaljote, PS-KhoribariDist Darjeeling and on being search the person recovered two numbers of transparent zip lock bag containing with said to be brown sugar weighing approx 625 grams and approx 676 grams respectively [Total 1.301 Kgs of Brown sugar]from his possession (.) Accordingly, he seized the above noted articles at the spot under proper seizure list and arrested the apprehended person (.)The information was collected the team of SOG (.)
