New Jalpaiguri P.S Case No. 1337/24 dtd. 27.12.24 u/s 25(1)(a) of Arms Act (.) CRIME HEAD – Arms case (.) Complainant :- SI Samik Poul, ( 7797122445) of New Jalpaiguri PS SPC (.) PO: - Dhantala, Natun Hut in front of Samsan PS NJP, Dist. Jalpaiguri (.)DO :- On 27.12.24 in between 13-15 hrs to 14-25 hrs (.)Started over the written complaint of the complainant SI Samik Poul, ( 7797122445) of New Jalpaiguri PS SPC lodged a written complaint against two arrested accused persons (1) Md Faizar Ali aged 27 years S/o Islam Haque of Laxmisthan PS Rajganj Dist. Jalpaiguri and (2) Md altab ali, aged about 19 years S/o Md Mustak alam of Jorpakri PS NJP Dist. Jalpaiguri to the effect that on 27.12.24 at 13.15 hrs, he received a specific secret information that two persons namely 1) Md Faizar Ali 2) Md. Altab Ali had been coming from chaturagach towards Fulbari area for committing heinous crime under PS- NJP, Dist- Jalpaiguri. Accordingly, he diarized the information in General diary vide NJP PS GDE No 1477 dated 27.12.24 and informed the fact to I/C NJP PS. As per his kind direction he along with other officers and force all of NJP PS left for Chaturagach side to verify the veracity of the information. At 13.35 hrs they arrived at Dhantala, Natun Hut in front of Samsan, under NJP PS and as indicated by the source they apprehended two persons who were coming from Chaturagach side with a scooty having registration no WB 74BR/3233. They searched both the person and recovered one(01) improvised small Fire arms measuring 9 inch in length with trigger, striking hammer, striking pin in working condition which was kept concealed in the waist under the shirt of Md. Altab Ali and one(01) round live ammunition in his left pocket of full pant and after searched of another person they also recovered two (02) round live ammunitions and one knife measuring approx 6.5 inch which were kept in right pocket of the full pant of Md Faizar Ali. Both of them possessed improvised Fire arm and total three live ammunition and knife illegally. On demand they failed to produce any document in support of the said improvised Fire arm and three live ammunitions which was found in their possession. Thus, their involvement in carrying and possessing illegal Fire arm and ammunition was established. The complainant seized the said improvised small Fire arm measuring 09 inch and 03 (three) rounds live AK 7.65 ammunitions and one sharp cutting knife measuring approx 6.5 inch, One scooty having no WB 74BR/3233 and two android mobile phone under proper seizure list in presence of witnesses.
