New Jalpaiguri PS Case No. 1282/24 Dated 10.12.24 U/S 21(C) of NDPS Acthas been registered over the written complaint ofSI TanmayKundu (Mob No-9531740164) of NJP PS to the effect that on 10.12.24 at about 13.45 hrsreceived a specific source input that one person will come at Kawakhali from Medicale More side under PS- Matigara on foot with huge quantity of BrwonSuger for delivering the same illegally to their designed customers (.) As per direction of O.C PS SI TanmayKundu along with other officers and force had been to Kawakhali, on Asian HighWay-II, BiswabanglaShilpi hat under PS New Jalpaiguriand apprehended one person named DipakMandal (42) S/O DulalMandal of Pakakot, PO-Bhalechak, PS-KaliachakDist-Maldaand on being srearch recovered one transparent sealed plastic packet containing 262 grams suspected to be Brown Sugarfrom his Jacket pocket (.) which he was possessed illegally (.)
