D.O: On 10/12/2024 in between 23:20 hrs to 23.35 hrs. Gist of FIR: Started over the written Complaint of SI Rajiv Subba of Pradhan Nagar P.S/SPC to the effect that as per reliable secret source information that one person named Akash Debnath along with his associate have stolen one E-Rickshaw and kept the same at Regulated Market under PS- Pradhan Nagar. Accordingly he along with officer and force held a raid and detained Two(02) person namely 1.Akash Debnath (24) S/o Kajal Debnath and 2. Abhijit Das and on interrogation they admitted that they stole the E Rikshaw from different and kept the same hidden at regulated Market under PS- Pradhan Nagar, Dist.- Darjeeling . Then SI Rajiv Subba recovered and seized One E Rikshaw displaying number plate WB73G0775 from the possession of the above noted persons in presence of independent witnesses under proper seizure list and arrested him.
