D.O: On 09/12/2024 in between 21.05 hrs to 21.35 hrs.Gist of FIR: Started over the written Complaint of SI Goutam Mallik of Pradhan Nagar P.S/SPC to the effect that as per reliable secret source information that one person named Sibu Paul of South Ambedkar Colony have stolen huge numbers of bicycle from different area of Siliguri and kept the same hidden in an abandoned place at BRI Colony under PS- Pradhan Nagar, he along with officer and force held a raid and detained one(01) person namely Sibu Paul (24 yrs) S/O Late Budhhadeb Paul and on interrogation he admitted that he stolen 08 numbers of bicycle from different area of Siliguri during last 07/08 days and kept the same hidden in an abandoned place at BRI colony, Hostel, under PS- Pradhan Nagar, Dist.- Darjeeling . Then SI Goutam Mallik recovered and seized (i) One red and black colour bicycle style as “HERO SPRINT” (ii) One black and blue colour bicycle styled as “VOLTIC STRYDER: (iii) One red color bicycle styled as “AVON ACTION” (iv) One black colour bicycle styled as “POPSTAR” (v) One red colour bycle styled as “HERO TEJAS” (vi) one black and yellow colour bicycle styled as “HERO NEXT” (vii) One black & blue colour bicycle styled as “HERO TEJAS” and (viii) One blue and yellow colour cycle styled as “KEYSTO CYLER” from the possession of the above noted person in presence of independent witnesses under proper seizure list and arrested him (.)The whole process of search, seizure and labelling were made under the coverage of videography.
