Siliguri PS Case No 1112/2024 Dated 14.12.2024 U/S 318(2)/318(4)/319(2)/61(2) BNS has been registered over the written complaint of ASI BiswajitSaha of PNT TOP under Siliguri PS to the effect that on 13.12.2024 at around 22.45 hrs received a secret information from reliable source that some persons running a fraud business of selling software, anti virus by personating individuals at 3rd Floor of SuvamGlobalisation Solution Building situated at SisirBhauriSarani, Opposite Sevoke Valley Hotel, Khudiram Pally, Ward No-11, PS-Siliguri (.) Accordingly as per order of superiors he along with other officer and force of Siliguri PS hold raid and seized several electronic gazettes as per seizure list and arrested 10 accused persons from the said place who were engaged in selling of software illegally (.)
