Matigara PS Case No- 642/24, Dated- 26.10.2024, u/s 21(C) of NDPS Act Started over the written complaint of SI AvijitBanik of Matigara P.S, SPC who produced three arrested accused persons namely (i) Bilal Sekh (48), (II) Md. Akrujjaman (35), (iii) Krishna Barman (18) along with (i) one scooty bearing number WB74BL 1660, (ii) 02 nos of Mobile Phone and (iii) 514 grams of suspected to be brown sugar to the effect that on 26.10.2024 in between 21:55 hrs to 22:40 hrs, acting on source information he seized the above noted suspected Brown sugar also arrested the above noted accused person from near Jora Bridge, Tumbajoteunder Matigara PS for violating the norms of NDPS Act (.)
