officers and force of Fulbari Immigration Check Post apprehended one
Bangladeshi national namely Abdus Shakur (23) S/O- Israfil  of Ranipara, Mohishabn, PS Gabtali Bogra,
Bangladesh while the said immigrant entering into Indian territory with valid
passport & VISA, taking departure from Banglabandha Check Post (Bangladesh
side). After making necessary paper works of immigration, during checking of
his person one Indian Identity Card issue by Darool Uloom Deoband, Dist.
Saharanpur, UP, India, Form No. 989 validity 2016-2017 (class 7th
year Arabic,-3), Hostel & Room No. D. Jadeed. R.103, Contact No.
8979337714, Indian Aadhar Card No. 767095404426 address S/O Israfil, Gram
Nabani, Dolgabinda, CoochBehar XX/XX/1991, Nabani, Nabani Dinhata, Cooch
Behar-736175,  SBI Debit Card (RuPay),
Indian Pan Card, Islamic Book etc. were found. On interrogation he stated that he
was staying in India with Tourist Visa for the purpose of studying and made all
forged documents for the use of as genuine for his vested interest. On being
asked he could not give any satisfactory answer for the possession of those
