On 03.07.17 Bagdogra PS on a tip of
detained one truck bearing no- PB 09 F 5013 at Rangapani Rail Gate alongwith
two persons namely Balkar Singh (46) s/o Sukha Singh of Lambapent, Chouki 8, PS-
Chouki no. 8, Dist: Jalendhar, Punjab and Saidul Alam (18) s/o Giasuddin of Gulal
Kandhi, PS- Radhabari, Dist- Kasimganj, Assam who were boarded in the said
truck and huge quantity Ganja weighing total 708.6 KG contained in 67
packets were recovered from the said truck found concealed in an artificial
chamber. This refers to Bagdogra PS Case No. 171/17 Dtd. 03.07.2017 U/S- 20(B)(II)(C)
of NDPS Act.
