Matigara PS Case No 815/2022, Dated 21.07.2022, U/S 21 (C) of NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Shekhar Adhikary of Matigara PS who producing one arrested accused person namely Amit Barman (20) S/O Balbhadra Barman of Panchkolguri, PO- Nimai, PS- Matigara along with (i) 19 (Nineteen) bottles of “Ephrilime FORTE” cough Syrup, each bottle containing 100 Ml, having batch No. TVHB0412, Mfg. Date 03/2022, (ii) 01 (one) carton box containing 17 (seventeen) packets of ‘Winspasmo Forte Primus’ capsules each packet containing 06 (six) blister strips, each strips contains 24 (twenty four) capsules having batch No WPS22013, Mfg date FEB, 2022, (iii) 01 (one) carton box containing 17 (seventeen) packets of ‘Nitrosun-10’ Tablets each packet containing 05 (five) strips, each strips contains 20 (twenty) tablets having batch No DFC1271A, Mfg date 04/2021, Expiry date 09/2023, (iv) 01 (one) carton box containing 63 (sixty three) packets of ‘Pyeevon Spas plus’ Capsules each packet containing 10 (ten) strips, each strips contains 24 (twenty four) Capsules having batch No LYEC-230, Mfg date 11/2021, Expiry date 10/2023 to the effect that on 21.07.2022 at 14:25 hrs acting on source information he seized the above noted cough syrup and also arrested the above noted accused person in a medicine shop without any valid licence at Panchkelguri under Matigara PS area for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.)Arrest- 01 (.)
