Matigara PS Case No- 381/2022, Dated. 28.03.2022, U/S 21 (c) of NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of PSI Newton Biswas of Matigara PS, SPC who along with other officers and force acting on source information on 28.03.2022 at 15:05 hrs onwards recovered and seized 600 grams of Brown Sugar, one blue colour Itel key pad, one black colour Ben Q Key Pad from the exclusive and conscious possession of accused persons namely (i) Md. Based (29), S/O Md. Halim of Lelin Colony, PS-Matigara (ii) Sk. Abu Kasim (55), S/O Lt. Jalehar Sk of Nabab barui, Beldanga, Mursidabad at Chumta Brihe, Old Matigara Road under Matigara PS, SPC and also arrested him for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.) Arrest- 02 (.)
