BHAKTINAGAR PS CASE NO. 323/22, Dated: 24.03.2022, U/S 379/411/414 IPC r/w sec 46 (A)(c) B. E. Act (B.E. Act)-Started over the written complainant SI Sk Tamzid Ali of Bhaktinagar PS under Siliguri Police Commissionerate that on 23.03.2022 at evening on the acting on the source information he along with force had been to Chota Fapri under Bhaktinagar PS and detained one LPT cantors bearing No WB 19-6721 whose driver tired flee away keeping the vehicle a side but the police team managed to apprehended the said driver who disclosed his identity as Sunil Kumar Sharma(29) s/o Tripit Narayan Sharma of Lanin Colony,Matigara, Near Jishu Ashram, PS Matigara, Dist: Darjeeling. On further searched inside his vehicle recovered i] Thirty (30) Packets of Paper Cartoons each containing 12 Bottles of ROYALSON WHISKY, Blended and Bottled by KALA AMB DISTILLERY AN BREWERY PVT LTD, 9th Mile Stone, Swarghat Road, Village Bhangla, Tehsil Nalagarh, Dist. Solan (HP) each bottle containing 750 ml. [Total 30 X 12= 360 Bottles]. ii] Fourty Four (44) Packets of Paper Cartoons each containing 24 Bottles of ROYALSON WHISKY, Blended and Bottled by KALA AMB DISTILLERY AN BREWERY PVT LTD, 9th Mile Stone, Swarghat Road, Village Bhangla, Tehsil Nalagarh, Dist. Solan (HP) each bottle containing 375 ml. [Total 666 Lrs] which was possessing without any valid papers for the purpose of selling at Siliguri area. On prolong interrogation he admitted that he had been procured the same from Arunachal Pradesh for his wrongful gain.
