BHAKTINAGAR PS CASE NO 282/22 dated 14.03.2022 U/S 411/414 IPC R/W- 27 (b)(ii)/28-A Drugs & Cosmetic Act (Drugs and Cosmetic Act): Started over the written complaint of ASI Dipak Karmakar of Bhaktinagar PS, Siliguri Police Commissionerate to the effect that on 14.03.2022 at 18.20 hrs on the source information, he along with force had been TB Hospital, Sevoke Road and detained one Scooty bearing No WB 74BA-4783 on being asked he disclosed his identity as Rana Majumdar (29) s/o late Anil Majumdar of Ashik Ghat road, Bidhyachakra Colony, Ward No. 44, Salugara, PS. Bhaktinagar, Dist. Jalpaiguri and further searched his Scooty recovered some contravened articles such as 1] Twenty One (21) vials of NRX Buprenorphine injection I.P, LUPIGESIC each vials containing 2ml packed, labelled 2] Twenty One (21) vials of Abott. Rx. Promethazine Hydrochloride Injection I.P, PHENERGAN each vials containing 2ml packed, labeled 3] Twenty (20) vials of NRX Diazepam Injection I.P each vials containing 2ml packed, labeled 4] One Light Green Colour Cross Body Sling Bag printed Onepolar over bag from his possession. On demand he failed to produce any valid documents in respect of the said contravene drugs.
