BHAKTINAGAR PS CASE NO. 259/22, Dated: 05.03.2022, U/S 46 (A)(c) B. E. Act (B.E. Act)- Started over the written complainant of PSI Sailesh Subba of Bhaktinagar PS under Siliguri Police Commissionerate that on 05.03.2022 at evening on the acting on the source information he along with force had been to Sevoke road, Near Akashvani Bhawan, Salugara under Bhaktinagar PS and held raid in the shop cum house of one Bidyanand Mahato (48) S/o Lt Gorakh Mahato of Prakash Nagar, PS Bhaktinagar, Dist: Jalpaiguri and recovered [i]24(Twenty four) bottles of Royal Blue whisky each bottles containing 375 ML. [ii] 18(eighteen) bottles of Royal Blue premium whisky each bottle containing 180 ML (Total- 12 ltrs) from his shop cum house which was possessing without any valid papers for the purpose of selling to the local customer for his wrongful gain. Accordingly the complainant seized the same under proper seizure list and arrested the accused person after explaining ground of arrest. I.O: ASI Rabin Lama. Arrest: 01(one).
