BHAKTINAGAR PSCASE NO. 182/22, Dated: 07.02.2022, U/S 46 (A) (c) B.E.Act Started over the written complainant of SI Srimanta Chatterjee of Bhaktinagar PS under Siliguri Police Commissionerate that on 07.02.2022 at 19.35 hrs on the acting on the source information he along with lady force had been KholachandFarpir, under Bhaktinagar PS and held raid in the house of one SushilaChhetri -40yrs W/o lt. ShrimaanChhetri of KholachandFapri, PO Salugara PS Bhaktinagar, Dist. Jalpaiguriand recovered (i) 09 (Nine) pet bottles of tiger xxx rum each bottle containing 750 ml blended and bottled by kanchanjunga distilleries & liquors (ii) 02 (Two) bottles of SIKKIM SUPER XXX RUM each bottle containing 750 ML Blended and bottled by kanchanjunga distilleries & liquors. (iii) 24 (Twenty four) bottles of ROYAL BLUE WHISKY each bottle containing 180 ml blended and bottled by kanchanjunga distilleries & liquors.(iv) 12 (Twelve) bottles of ROYAL BLUE WHISKY each bottle containing 375 ML Blended and bottled by Kanchanjunga distilleries & liquors. (v) 05 (Five) bottles of OLD MONK Deluxe Rum each bottle containing 750 ml blended and bottled by Kanchanjunga distilleries & liquors, south sikkim. (vi) 24 (Twenty four) bottles of ROYAL BLUE WHISKY each bottle containing 750 ML Blended and bottled by Kanchanjunga distilleries & liquors (Total- 38.8 Litters) which was packed in different paper cartoons and kept in the house of SushilaChhetri which was possessing without any valid papers for the purpose of selling to the local customer for her wrongful gain.
