Act Started over the written complainant of ASI Dipak Karmakar of Bhaktinagar PS under Siliguri Police Commissionerate that on 01.02.2022 at 14:55 hrs on the acting on the source information he along with force intercepted one Manoj Dey (36) S/o Lt Rabi Dey of Jyotinagar, PS Bhaktinagar, Dist: Jalpaiguri, and recovered 1] 11(eleven) bottles of Himalyan Gold 60 UP Country Spirit each bottle containing 600 ml . 2]. 5(five) Bottles of Tuborg Beer each bottle containing 650 ml. 3] 01(one) bottle of Blue Classic Grain whisky containing 750 ml (Total- 10.6 Liters) from his possession which was possessing without any valid papers for the purpose of selling to the local customer for his wrongful gain.
