Matigara PS Case No- 1071/2021, Dated – 21.09.2021, U/S- 21 (C) of NDPS Act Started over the written complaint of SI Bipul Talukdar of Matigara P.S, SPC who producing Two arrested accused persons namely (i) Khaibul Md. (31), S/O Lt. Kala Md. of Bahadigach, Sujali, Kuchila, PS – Islampur, Dist – Uttar Dinajpur, A/P Biswas Colony, PS – Matigara, Dist – Darjeeling & (ii) Bapi Singha (20), S/O Sudhir Singha of Biswas Colony, PS – Matigara, Dist – Darjeeling (not verified) along with (i) One transparent plastic packet containing 265 grams brown sugar, (ii) One black coloured nylon bag containing twenty two (22) bottles of “Cefrex Syrap” each bottle containing 100 ml having batch no. TBHU0230, Mfg, Date- 02/2021, Exp. Date- 01/2023 the effect that on 21.09.2021 at 14:05 hrs acting on source information he seized and labelled the above noted brown sugar and Cefrex Syrap in presence of witnesses and Executive Magistrate Sri. Manabendu Shekhar Rakshit of ACP, SPC and also arrested the above noted accused persons at Biswas Colony near TIPA Hall, under Matigara PS area for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.)
