Pradhan Nagar PS case No. 486/2021 dtd-12.07.2021 U/S 380 IPC. written Complaint of Smt. Gyanti Prasad W/o-Dilip Prasad, of Gurung Basty, Kapar Bazar, PS-Pradhan Nagar Dist- -Darjeeling to the effect that on 11.07.2021 at 15:00 hrs she along with her husband went to market and returned home at 18:30 hrs and found that following items viz-1.Golden Ear ring-01 pair 2.One Golden finger ring 3. Golden mangal Sutra 4.Golden Chain -1 pc 5. Nose ring 6.One pc Tika 7. Nupur-1pc and Cash amounting to Rs.224000/- have been stolen away by unknown miscreant[.] During investigation arrested 01 person (shown arrest) and on 20.10.21 recovered i) One iron made “ SABOL” measuring approx 17.5” length, one end flat and one end pointed. Ii) One lock of 8 levers written “ ARTEC” Lumik in locking condition with broken pices of door hatch bolt. Iii) One piece of nose ring of gold weighting approx 0.190 gm. Iv) One pair of ear top of gold weighting approx 0.88 gm, & v) One piece of figure ring of gold weighting approx 01.35 gm from aced. Md. Gulsad s/o Sk.
