Bagdogra PS, case no 401/2021 16.08.2021 u/s 21© NDPS Act was started over the written complaint of SI Bapi Ch Dey of Bagdogra PS, SPC do here by lodge this written complaint to the effect that on 16.08.21 at 15.00 hrs he along with other officer and force acting a tip off secret source information two persons namely 1. Shakti Ghosh 34 yrs s/o Khokan Ghosh of Naxalbari Roy Para Naxalbari Ps Naxalbari, Dist. Darjeelijg 2. Allmuktar Sk 32 yrs s/o Late Didar Ali Vill: Baliadanga Kaliachok PS, Kaliachok Dist, Malda West Bengal had been apprehended at Kestopur More near one lottery shop seller of MD Posir and on search their exclusive possession in presence of Special Executive Magistrate of SPC for the day of Sri Pasang Topgay Bhutia , ACP, Traffic (West), SPC, and two independent witnesses the following contraband articles have been recovered from their exclusive possession viz, i) One zipper transparent thin plastic packet in contents 200 grms (Two hundred) believe to be brown sugar, recovered from the possession of Shakti Ghosh Market as Exhibit –A. ii) 10 (Ten) grams of believe to be brown sugar which drawn from exhibit-A as sample for examination packed, sealed, labeled and marked as exhibit-A-1. Iii) One zipper transparent thin plastic packet in contents 140 grms (one hundred forty) believe to be brown sugar, recovered from the possession of Allmuktar Sk Market as Exhibit –“B” iv) 10 (Ten) grams of believe to be brown sugar which drawn from exhibit- “B” as sample for examination packed, sealed, labeled and marked as exhibit-“B-1”. On demand they failed to produce any valid documents on support of possessing and carrying of NDPS substance believe to be Brown Sugar. Accordingly he seized the same under proper seizure list and arrest them after maintain all arrest formalities, informed them their ground of arrest (.) I.O: SI Mijanur Rahaman (.) Arrest - 02 (.)
