Matigara PS Case No- 891/2021, Dated- 18.08.2021, U/S- 21 (C) of NDPS Act Started over the written complaint of PSI Abhishek Theengh of Matigara P.S, SPC who producing one arrested accused person namely Md. Sabirul @ Raju (35), S/O Md. Rafikul of Balijore, PS – Itahar, Dist – Uttar Dinajpur, A/P Biswas Colony, PS – Matigara, Dist – Darjeeling along with (i) 35 (Thirty five) bottles of “ ONEREEX” Cough syrup each bottle containing 100 ml to the effect that on 18.08.2021 at 14:20 hrs acting on source information he seized the above noted cough syrup and also arrested the above noted accused person at West Point School near Tumbajote under Matigara PS area for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.)
