Pradhan Nagar PS Case No- 601/21 Dated 07.08.2021 U/S- 21(b)/22(b) of NDPS Act (.) On 07.08.2021 SI Rash Bihari Saha of Special Operation Group, SPC he received information that one vehicle bearing no- SK 04- J -1015 (Tata Sumo Gold) was coming from Siliguri Rabindranagar side who carry huge quantity of contraband Drugs in his vehicle, and will heading towards Sikkim via Regulated Market for selling to the same to his designated customer at a high price. Accordingly, he shared the information with Sri Rajen Chhetri, ASCP (DD) SPC and as per his direction he along with other officers and force and along with IO kit, weighting machine etc. As identified by the source they We detained the one vehicle bearing Reg. SK- 04-J-1015 along with the driver On asking the driver disclosed his identity as follows Neema Dorjee Tamang (29), s/o-Basant Tamang of Mandi Bazar, Rangpo, East Sikkim(not verified). Accordingly, in presence of ACP, Traffic(HQ), West, SPC Sri Manabendu Sekhar Rakshit Gazetted Officer and public in general search and seizure of NDPS Act. Recovered and seized One carton containing “ONEREEX” Cough syrup of Escape Phermacitucial,Vikash Nagar, Deradun( UK) containing total 144 bottles each bottle contain 100 ml. ii) 02(two)bottles of “ONEREEX” Cough syrup, Escape Phermacitucial,Vikash Nagar, Deradun( UK) taken randomly iii) One carton containing “Spasmo-Proxyvon plus” capsules of marketed by Workhard Limited, containing 70(seventy) packets and each packet contain 06(six) strips and each strips containg 24(twenty four) capsules iv) 10(ten)strips of “Spasmo-Proxyvon plus” capsules of marketed by Workhard Limited randomly taken v)One Tata Sumo Gold vehicle bearing no- SK- 04-J-1015 white colour on demand, he failed to produce any valid document in support of possession of the above noted seized articles.
