Bagdogra PS, case no 369/2021 Dtd, 31.07.2021 u/s 21(b) of NDPS Act was started over the written complaint of SI Dipankar Chakraborty of Bagdogra Police Station, SPC to the effect that today on 31.07.21 at 14.50 hrs acting a tip off secret source information and being identified by the source one Four Wheeler Car styled as Alto blue color bearing registration no WB 74 BD/9513 had been detained at : Airport Approach more PS, Bagdogra Dist, Darjeeling and on search consisting three persons including one lady on interrogation they stated their identity as 1) Humayan Kabir 25 yrs (D/B 1991) s/o Md Amiruddin vill: Tarijote PO, New Rangia PS, Matigara Dist- Darjeeling ii) Sunney Rai 35 yrs (D/B 1986) s/o Kumar Rai of Gangtok Municipal Corporation Lower Sichey Lingding near Lingding Govt, Jr H.S Lower Sichey PS, Sardar Dist, East Sikim iii) Smt Heena Rai 28yrs W/O Sunney Rai of Gangtok Municipal Corporation Lower Sichey Lingding near Lingding Govt, Jr H.S Lower Sichey PS, Sardar Dist, East Sikim A/P Shibmandir near NBU gate under Matigara PS, and on search their possession female accused by the PS, lady officer LPSI Supriya Barman and the said Alto car bearing registration no WB 74 BD/9513 the following articles has been recovered ie i) One zipper transparent thin plastic packet wrapped in a part of Bengali news paper styled as “Uttar Banga Sombad” on dated 29th July 2021 which contains 75 grams brownish powder believe to be “Brown Sugar” and marked as Exhibit ‘A’ and out of which 10 Grams believe to be “Brown Sugar” randomly taken as sample in transparent thin zipper plastic packet from the mother packet Exhibit “A” and marked as Exhibit -“A-1” ii ) One Four Wheeler Car styled as Alto blue colour bearing registration no WB 74 BD/9513 with key iii) One electronic battery small weighing machine without styled iv) Indian currency Cash Rs, 85.000/= (Eighty five thousand)



denomination of Rs, 500x170 pcs v) One green color hand bag brown & black belt without styled vi) Three android Mobile hand set, a) One mobile hand set styled as Vivo-Y-55 having SIM no 9832423016 recovered from the possession of accd, Humayan Kabir b) One mobile hand set styled as Vivo having SIM no 8653330662 recovered from the possession of accd, Sunney Rai c) One mobile hand set styled as Oppo Model CPH-1937 having two SIM vide no 9832423016 8436166002, 8250001065 recovered from the possession of accd, Heena Rai. On demand they failed to produced any valid documents on support of possessing and carrying of contraband articles NDPS substance suspected to be Brown Sugar. Accordingly the complainant seized the above noted contraband articles along with recovered cash and others under proper seizure list, duly signed by them. The whole processes of search and seizure and arrest was made in presence of Special Executive Magistrate Sri Santanu Tarafder, ACP (AP) SPC, with independent witnesses also arrest them and acknowledge them regarding their ground of arrest. The search & seizure was made in between 16.15 hrs to 17.05 hrs (.) I.O: PSI Monzil Moktan (.) Arrest – 03 (Three) including one female (.)
