Bhaktinagar PS (DD) Case no. 619/21, Dated: 06.06.2021, U/S 21(c)/22(c) of NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Mrityunjoy Roy of DD, SPC to the effect that on 06.06.2021 at about 12.45 hrs as per source information he detained one Bolero Pick Up vehicle having number- WB 57-C 9452 along with three accused persons at Sahid Nagar under Bhaktinagar PS [.] As per supervision and direction of Sri Abunur Hossain, ACP, HQ, SPC holding the charge of Special Executive Magistrate and in presence of witnesses the process of search of the detained persons as well as the vehicle and recovered [i] One transparent plastic packet containing 350 grams said to be Brown Sugar kept in a black coloured plastic carry bag which was kept in a blue coloured bag kept inside the cabin of vehicle [ii] 1( one) transparent plastic packet containing 30 grams said to be brown sugar kept in the pocket of white colour full pant kept inside the vehicle [iii] One blue coloured bag {firstock] marked [iv] One white colour full pant [Jain’s Addy Nuddy] [v] 70 Plastic Crate of Mangoo loaded in the said vehicle from the conscious and joint possession of three accused persons namely (i) Alomgir Sekh (45), Driver of said Bolero Pickup Van, S/O Late Mansur Ali, (ii) Md. Ansar Sekh (30) S/O Late Habibur Rahaman both of Vill- Dakshin Latiber Para, PO- Bansgaon, PS- Lalgola, Dist-Murshidabad and (iii) Rejabul Haque (32) S/O Atabur Sekh of Sisha Ramjanpur, PO- Laskarpur, PS- Lalgola, Dist- Murshidabad (.) Accordingly, he seized the above noted articles along with the vehicle under proper seizure list and arrested the all three accused persons after maintaining all formalities (.)
