Matigara PS Case No- 532/2021, Dated- 19.06.2021, U/S- 21 (C) of NDPS Act Started over the written complaint of PSI. Shekhar Adhikary of Matigara P.S, SPC who in producing Three arrested accused persons namely (i) Pawan Kumar Sahani (25), S/O Raj Kumar Sahani of Beldangi, P.S – Matigara, Dist – Darjeeling (ii) Md. Nazrul (55), S/O Lt. Dinali Mohammad of Biswas Colony, P.S – MTG, Dist – DJG, (iii) Kalin Barman (24), S/O Lt. Subhash Barman of Patharghata, Methibari, P.S – MTG, Dist – DJG along with (i) 265 grams Brown sugar (ii) Cash Rs. 36000/- (Thirty six thousand ), and (iii) 01 Blue colour Activa Scooty bearing Reg. No. WB – 74 AP 1449 under seizure to the effect that on 19.06.2021 at 14:05 hrs acting on source information he seized the above noted Brown sugar and articles and also arrested the above noted accused persons at Panchani River Bridge, Tumbajote under Matigara P.S area for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.)
