Matigara PS Case No- 520/2021, Dated- 18.06.2021, U/S- 420/465/468/471/120 B IPC has been registered over the written complaint of SI Nur Alam Siddik of DD, SPC to the effect that on 18.06.2021 at about 06:50 hrs one Indrajit Kumar (39), S/O Pradip Kumar of Indirapally, Shivmandir, P.S– Matigara and others being used without knowledge or consent of association of laboratory consultants of North Bengal and signature forged in the report generated by a certain laboratory and also used Pad of Universal Diagnostic at Nazrul Sarani, Hakimpara and he was unable to produce any documents as the staff or official of the above diagnostic centre [.] He and his associates were running illegal business for their wrongful gain and collected samples and home delivery of diagnostic report as forge (.)
