BHAKTINAGAR PS CASE NO 351/21, Dated: 03.04.2021 U/S 25(1A)/27/35 Arms Act 1959 (ARMS ACT) Started over the written complaint of SI Sajal Roy of P.S Bhaktinagar District Jalpaiguri to the effect that on 03.04.2021 at about 18.25 hrs on the source information he along with force had been in front of Maliska Hotel, Check Post, PS Bhaktinagar, Dist: Jalpaiguri and detained one Mahindra Scorpio S7 vehicle without number plate having Engine No-XML4M19429 ,Chassis no MA1TA2XM2L2M18258 and further searched inside the vehicle the complainant found One 7 mm pistol fire arms having length about 20 cm with two magazine ,body trigger, firing pin , barrel and fiber fitted butt having marked with “ CAL 7MM” (2) 08 (Eight) round live ammunition having marked “K.F 7.65 “ at the base of each cartridges, recovered from the possession of one Khokan Sarkar (36) S/O Sunil Sarkar of Jyotinagar ,W/no-41 PS-Bhaktinagar Dist-Jalpaiguri on being asked by the complainant said accused person could not produced any valid documents in respect of above noted fire arms and ammunitions [.] Accordingly the complainant seized the above noted one improvised fire arms and ammunitions along with above noted vehicle under proper seizure list in present of witnesses and arrested the above noted accused person after explaining the charge against him [.].
